Our room was clean with a good smell and had nice brand toiletries that added a touch of luxury. the location of the hotel was excellent, very close to downtown with easy access to the lake and river area. We used the free airport shuttle, which was convenient, and our room was comfortable with nice amenities. the proximity to the trail along the river/lake made for scenic walks, and the easy access to downtown was a bonus for exploring the city. Our overall experience at Holiday Inn Austin -Town Lake was pleasant, with friendly staff, great amenities, and a prime location for enjoying all that Austin has to offer.
